After studying law and completing her legal traineeship, she earned an additional Master's degree in Administrative Sciences in Speyer. She began her professional career in the legal department of the Wuppertal city administration, held various leadership positions, and headed the central and personnel department as well as the Mayor's office.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUte Sterr\u003c\/strong\u003e is the headmistress of the Adelheidisschule in Bonn and works as a school leadership coach for all types of schools. She studied German, Mathematics, and Music for primary school teaching and completed additional studies in Intercultural Pedagogy at the University of Münster. After professional positions at primary schools, she went to La Paz\/Bolivia for two years in 2010 and taught at the Colegio Alemán.
